History Hill Music Fest

September 8 @ 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Our 5th Annual History Hill Music Fest is set! We have three great local acts that will entertain throughout the day. We will again be hosting this event from the front porch of our Weinhold Log Cabin and the museum and other historic building will be open free of charge.

Our first act is The Honeygoats are a five piece string band that offer their unique blend of bluegrass music. They are sure to get you up and dancing. Our second act is a local boy who spent many years in California as a popular musician. Aaron is a singer guitarist pushing the boundaries of expression to the edge.  Dynamic vocals and his unique approach to guitar create a music performance that needs to be seen and heard. Finally, our third act is back by popular demand. A Western Edge is bringing back their take on classic Country and Western music. Their harmonies and musicianship is sure to please the fans of Patsy Cline, Hank Williams and those who paved the way for today’s country stars.

There will be food and drink available for purchase as well as a children’s activity for our young guests. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, your appetite and a good pair of dancing shoes and join us on the hill for some of the area’s best musical acts. Hope to see you all on the hill!
