May Day Basket Campaign

The Sheboygan County Historical Museum invites you to make a May Day Basket (or 2, or 3, or more!) and leave them on your neighbors’ doorsteps! Last year we brought back this old tradition to encourage and surprise our neighbors. Let’s keep this tradition alive and growing this year! We challenge you to spread May Day Baskets all over Sheboygan County!

May Day Basket Kits are NOW available for pick up. Supplies Limited. First come, first served.

Reminiscing with Sheboygan Recipes Video Series

For April, Executive Director Travis Gross reached out to the Jumes family to learn some history about their famous restaurant dishes and had the honor of making Louie Jumes’ Bourbon Street Soup – filled with delicious Sheboygan brats! Is any Sheboygan dish truly complete without bratwurst? Bon Appetit! 🌭🥣
