Is my membership tax-dedcutible?

All gifts are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for our visitors on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are conveniently located in the Main Museum building vestibule.

The Museum does not have strollers available.

Is the Museum wheelchair accessible?

The Main Museum is fully ADA-accessible. The David Taylor House is accessible on the main floor. The other historic buildings are currently not wheelchair accessible.

Do you allow service animals in the Museum?

Certified service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome. We ask that Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and pets remain at home. ESAs, Comfort Animals, and Therapy Animals that provide comfort do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

If the service animal is out of control or not housebroken, we will ask the handler to remove them from the Museum.

Does the Museum share reciprocity with other museums?

We do not share reciprocity with other museums or historical societies. Several area libraries do have a family pass that can be checked out for FREE admission to the museum.

Are photographs allowed inside the Museum?

Personal photography is permitted in all five museum buildings. We just ask that you please do not use flash. In the event there is a photography restriction with a traveling exhibition, notice will be posted throughout that particular exhibition space.

If you are interested in having professional or promotional photographs taken inside any of the Museum buildings, please contact us at 920-458-1103 or via email. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Museum may not be able to accommodate requests without at least five business days notice.

May we have photographs taken on the grounds?

As the Museum is located in the publicly accessible Taylor Park, professional or other other special event photographs may be taken using the grounds and exteriors of the buildings. Please be respectful of other visitors and the space, including returning any moved benches, flower pots, etc. to their original location and disposing properly of any food, props, or other materials.
