Holiday Memories 2025
November 28 – December 30, 2025 (closed December 24/25)
Celebrate the Season at Sheboygan County Museum. The annual Holiday Memories event is a destination to create memories, alongside sharing in an experience of years past.
A magical exhibition rooted in the animated holiday window displays of Sheboygan’s H.C. Prange Company Department Store is accompanied by favorites Bruce the Spruce, vintage Garton Toys to pedal in the ride-on corral, and family friendly activities. The joy continues campus wide with festively decorated Community Trees, the David Taylor House and Weinhold Log Cabin.

Milestones: From Moments & Memories
February 16 – October 24, 2026
In the summer of 1776, representatives to the Second Continental Congress adopted the final draft of the Declaration of Independence, officially declaring Thirteen Colonies in America free and independent of Great Britain. In 2026, that moment and memory has become a MILESTONE – the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America.
The Museum’s featured exhibition, MILESTONES – From Moments & Memories, is inspired by this momentous occasion. Explore the past through the tangible objects that endure to reveal stories, reflecting the tapestry of carried traditions, witnessed events, and a past that influences the present and the future.
