OPERATIONS MANAGER
Join the team at the Sheboygan County Museum. Our impactful organization is searching for an OPERATIONS MANAGER. The Operations Manager is a self starter who demonstrates enthusiasm for the museum’s mission. They are responsible for the Museum’s guest services and daily operations. The position also coordinates communications with a variety of audiences including donors and the museum membership.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service instinct, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detail. This is a critical position for the museum and the ideal candidate will contribute in many aspects of the museum.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and professional experience working with the public and volunteers. Previous experience with office management, retail, or database management preferred. Bilingual ability is a plus in serving a diverse community.

Schedule: Typically M-F, 40 hours a week
Compensation: $18- $22 per hour depending on experience

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Our small and impactful organization is hiring a Volunteer Coordinator The person in this role will work within our highly collaborative Education Team, this position is responsible for the museum’s volunteer program. In addition to helping lead education programs, which presents school programs for over 3,000 students a year.

The ideal candidate will be a personable communicator, creative thinker, and team player. This is a valuable position for the museum and the ideal candidate will help inspire the Museum’s volunteers and build upon the program.

Schedule: Typically M-F, 32 hours a week
Compensation: $16- $18 per hour depending on experience

PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Do you want to make an impact on our community? Do you like working with kids on their favorite day of the year? 

Join the team at the Sheboygan County Museum as a Program Facilitator. Our organization presents school field trips for over 3,000 students a year. The person in this role will present school programs, hands-on activities and lessons for 2nd– 5th grade students.  

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with audiences of all ages and committed to helping students learn about their community. This is a valuable position for the museum and the ideal candidate will desire to join a special team preserving and sharing the history of Sheboygan County. 

Schedule: This position presents programs during the school year, typically 9am- 2:30pm. No week is the same!
Compensation: $15.38 per hour with no additional benefits
