Journey to Sheboygan County

Full Day Education Program

More than just a Field Trip

The Museum’s Full Day Education Programs allow students to meet classroom objectives while interacting with artifacts and galleries in an interactive environment. The programs engage student imaginations along with their problem-solving skills through a series of coordinated experiences, including hands-on activities, gallery sessions, and overview exercises.

Journey to Sheboygan County explores the experience of the people who settled in Sheboygan in the 19th century. Students learn about the lives and practices of those who migrated from the eastern United States and immigrated from Europe. The program also explores the similarities and differences to that of modern migrants and immigrants.
